At Triplet Computers, our goal is to provide you with the best service possible.  We are here to help you out with any problem that you might have, and we will strive to find a solution.  With every service that we perform, we will make sure that there are not problems whatsoever and that everything works.  If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us and we would be happy to help fix the problem to make sure that you are a satisfied customer.

With every service, we offer a 14-Day Satisfactory Guarantee1.  If anything goes wrong within 14 days of us performing a service, we will look over the problem FREE of charge.  If it was an error on our part then we will re-do the service or replace hardware, if we supplied it.  If you supplied hardware and it fails, then we are not liable for that failure and it's the customers responsibility.  We will offer to get an exact or similar piece of hardware to replace the failed hardware with, but you will be charged for the hardware and installation of it.  If it comes out that it was an error on the customers part and not Triplet Computers, then you will be charged accordingly for fixing the problem.
