change without notice* Supported Desktop Operating Systems (Require 1 Access Key): - Windows 2000, XP, Vista Supported Server Operating Systems (Require 2 Access Keys): - Windows Server 2000, 2003 SBS, 2003, 2008 Exchange/SQL Server Support applies to only one desktop (SQL ONLY) or server operating system. If Exchange/SQL Server Support is needed on more than one machine, then multiple Exchange/SQL Server Support Add-Ons will be required. 1: Setup of DataSafe Protection is charged at the standard hourly rate and Triplet Computers Travel Policy still applies. We cover 20 miles round trip and anything over will incur a fee of $0.50 per mile. 2: Travel is included for up to a 20 mile radius from Concord, NH office. Anything mileage above and beyond the 20 mile radius will be billed at $0.50 per mile. If the customer would like to do a weekly or bi-weekly hard drive swap out, then $20 applies for each additional swap and if customer is beyond the 20 mile radius then a milage fee will incur on top of the $20. |
