Have multiple computers and only one printer? Have an existing wireless network?  Live around other people?  You probably also don't know that your neighbors could be using your wireless network without you even knowing.  This is a major security risk. Without wireless encryption, you are left vulnerable to hackers who can get all your passwords, read your conversation, and steal your internet.  This service will setup wireless encryption and security on your wireless network making it almost impossible for hackers to get your information.  Includes setting up devices to connect to the newly secured network (wired devices excluded).		 $5

New Computer Transfer8
Got a new computer?  Want to transfer your user accounts, e-mails, and other settings to your new computer?  This service will transfer settings from your old computer to your new one.  Only compatible with Microsoft® Operating Systems.		 $9
New Computer Setup
Have a new computer and are unsure on how to set it up?  Includes setup of your new computer, including setup of the tower, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, printer (if equiped), and pre-OS setup wizards.  Includes restore disk creation (only available on certain machines).		 $29

1: Area restrictions apply.  Anywhere outside a 10 mile radius from our location in Concord will require a small traveling fee of $0.50 per mile rount trip.
2: We are not responsible for any loss of data.  If your system is infected to a point of no repair, a full re-install of the OS will be required.  Extra per hr charges will be applied at standard  per hr rate.  If you would like data backed up and restored, the One-Time Backup and Restore services will be required and will be offered at a discounted price of $9 each.  Customer must supply product key + OS CD.
3: Base diagnostic fee of $19 is to look at the damaged drive to determine recovery options.  Not responsible for any loss of data.
4: This service requires that you previously had a one-time backup service done by Triplet Computers.
5: If you would like us to backup your data during this service, the One-Time Backup service will be offered at a discounted price of $9.
6: Not responsible for loss of data.  If you would like data backed up before this service, then the One-Time Backup service will be offered at a discounted price of $9.
7: Make sure you have your ISP information such as username and password, as well as passwords to your computers available before the time of service.
8: This service is different from the backup services that are offered.  This transfers only certain files and settings through a program within the Microsoft® Operating Systems.
